Volunteers

"Sailing is a volunteer-based sport and 420 sailing is no different.  The success of our activities is soley down to the dedication and enthusiasm of the amazing volunteers who support our Class and its sailors.  We actively encourage people to come forward and help, whether that is by brining a rib to an event and acting as a safety boat or helping with trollies/tallies.  We can't run the Class without your help.  Thank you"

Roles:

• Our committee are all volunteers.  Members are voted in each year at the AGM.  We are always looking for enthusiastic individuals.
• At all our events, parents volunteer to ensure the success of the event. 
• Race officers, Jurors and some of the Race Committee are often non-parent volunteers but if you have a PB2 or other qualification why not join the Race Committee?
• parents volunteers considerable time organising class activities.
