2017 420 Junior European Championships

The 420 class will select a GBR team of the following teams of sailors:
Open Junior Europeans – 3 boats comprising of male/mixed pairs.
Ladies’ Europeans – 3 boats comprising of female pairs.
Next best placed boat
U17 Europeans– 1male or mixed pair 1 female pairs and next best placed boat.

The team will travel independently and arrange their own flights and transfers. Sailors are expected to have arrived by 3 August 2017. All sailors will stay in the nominated hotel, with volunteer house parents. The house parents will co-ordinate evening supper. The class will assist with coordination of the event and logistics for boat transport. All entries will be made by the class. All participants are required to display their country flag on the mainsail – these will be supplied by the class. Sailors will be required to wear team kit as appropriate. Full payment due as per the selection notice (The total cost for each sailor is likely to total about £1,200 excluding non-breakfast food, flights and transfers.)

A deposit of £250 per sailor (per event) is required as detailed below.

Boat transport:
